The Mums’ Support Group is a small friendly group run by a committed team of mums and helpers, supported by the local mental health team and Sevenoaks Area Mind. It meets weekly in Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, including holidays, and offers mutual support, help and information on post-natal depression and related problems. It offers a free and confidential service.

SEVENOAKS AREA MIND |

Freshfields and The Drive are supported houses for people suffering or recovering from mental ill health.
They are large pleasantly situated houses on three floors, with large rear gardens with patios and other pleasant seating areas for tenants to enjoy.

Sevenoaks Area Mental Health Awareness Group (SAMHAG)
SAMHAG aims to reduce the stigma and discrimination which surrounds people with mental health problems, and to break down barriers and challenge misconceptions about mental health held by the general public. We do this by providing workshops in mental health awareness which emphasise the importance of mental health for all. |
