Cook & Eat

Whether you are a complete novice or cordon bleu chef come learn & experience the art of practical cooking.

Cook and Eat Group is a social based activity, all those wishing to share a lunch together get together to prepare, cook and serve.

Ingredients for the meal are provided by Sevenoaks Area Mind at a small charge.

A Variety of recipes are used bearing in mind cost and practicalities.
